Cancelled Orders

Orders may be cancelled up until 11AM ET on the date that it is scheduled to ship.  After 11AM orders fish are being prepared for shipment and orders may not be cancelled. No Exceptions.

 

A 3% processing fee will apply for all cancellations requested by the customer. This 3% processing fee (at our discretion) may be later refunded if the customer chooses to place and receive another order.

 

The Processing fee covers the credit card processing fees which are no longer refunded to us by the card processor when an order is cancelled and refunded.
