Cancelled Orders

Orders may be cancelled up until 11:00 AM ET on the date they are scheduled to ship. After 11:00 AM ET, fish are being prepared for shipment and orders may not be cancelled. No exceptions.

Customer-requested cancellations made within 7 days of placing an order will be subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee covers credit card processing charges that are not refunded to us when an order is cancelled.

Customer-requested cancellations made 7 or more days after placing an order will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

This fee is necessary because inventory has been reserved and held specifically for the order, reducing availability for other customers during that time.

At our discretion, the 3% cancellation fee may be refunded if the customer later places and successfully receives another order.

Please ensure your pond, quarantine system, or holding facility is fully prepared before placing an order.
