Shipping live fish is a lot more common and less stressful than you may realize. Fish are shipped overnight directly to your door. Fish and water are placed in extra thick plastic shipping bags. The shipping bags are filled with pure oxygen and sealed securely with rubber bands. The bag is then placed inside a heavy duty cardboard shipping container and sealed. During the warmer months an ice pack is placed under the bag in order to help keep the fish/water cool during transit. Orders are packaged later in the day to minimize the amount of time the fish will be in the shipping container. Most packages are delivered within 24 Hours. Deaths during shipping are rare.

Yes! There is no extra charge for combining multiple fish into one shipment. There is no limit on the number of fish which can be combined into one shipment. Simply add as many fish to your cart as you wish and then proceed to checkout and submit payment
Yes, we highly recommend that someone is there to receive the shipment. Packages left outside in the heat or direct sun all day will cause added stress to the fish or even death. DOAs as a result of fish being left sit in a hot box all day will not be covered by our 14 Day Guarantee.
Koi & Goldfish are shipped UPS. No other courier may be used.

Saturday delivery is available to most areas of the country. Please contact us prior to ordering so we can check if your zip code is serviced by UPS for Saturday delivery. There is an additional $20 UPS surcharge which will be billed separately. Please contact once your order has been placed to confirm your desire for Saturday delivery. A note can also be added to the order during the checkout process.

We do allow Local pick up of orders placed through our site or over the phone. All order pick ups are by appointment only. Your fish will be packaged and ready for you at your scheduled pickup time. Our Fish and holding facilities are not accessible for viewing or onsite purchases.
We do not currently operate a retail facility however we may in the future.

We are currently unable ship outside the USA.
New fish are added to the site almost every day throughout the Spring & Summer months. Sales slow significantly through Fall & Winter so new fish are only added occasionally.
